All the farmers' organizations in the entire state are conducting protests in their respective districts for the Cauvery water struggle, and farmers' organizations and pro-Kannada organizations have called for Bengaluru bandh on September 26.
After Mandya, Mysore, Bangalore, the Cauvery river water fight is spreading all over Karnataka. On September 26, Bengaluru bandh was called for on Tuesday, while pro-Kannada activist Vatal Nagaraj announced a complete Karnataka bandh on September 29.
All private transport organizations will support the bandh. One day, Ola Uber will stop all goods vehicle traffic, said the president of the transport union.
About 32 organizations, including private transport unions, have voluntarily declared their support for the bandh. Therefore, since the morning of September 26, no vehicles including autos, taxis, private buses are plying the road. Nataraj Sharma, president of the Federation of Private Transport Associations of Karnataka stated that all the presidents and office bearers of the organization will participate in the protest and hold a rally.
Similarly, the Hotel Owners Association has also supported the Bengaluru bandh. All the hotels will be closed on that day. Besides, the Kannada Film Producers' Association has also expressed its support for the Bengaluru Bandh, saying that we will stand together and fight against any problem regarding Kannada's ground water.
On September 29, under the auspices of the Kannada Union, all pro-Kannada organizations, farmers' organizations, writers, traders should all support and cooperate in this.
